A joint Halloween party was held this week with the Cochlear Implant Sertoma Club and our Southeast Regional Program for deaf and hard of hearing kids. Lots of games like musical tiles, Simon Says and beanbag throw.
Most of the games were focused on listening and spoken language activities and hosted by University students. Great event for our little chicken. Good to catch up with all Lily's peers that we have spent the last three years with on the hearing journey.
That's so fun! I love the giant Jack O Lantern, that's really cool. I love seeing kids in costume and trick-or-treating in the neighborhood. We also get to enjoy these times with games like treasure hunting and the like. I even have a costume, hehe.
